Those who do not learn from middle school are condemned to repeat it…

Susan Harelson is a writer, middle school teacher and member of the militant wing of the Yoga Alliance, which really just means she is both a yoga teacher and has a black belt in taekwondo. She writes coming-of-age novels and cozy mysteries. When not reading and drinking coffee by her fishpond, she can be found on her bike, or camping with her best friend, whom she happens to be married to. She also has two delightful children, who wish she wouldn’t say “whom.”

Essays about the yoga of life, on and off the mat.
